Summer has industry expertise that includes wholesale apparel and accessories in the luxury goods market. She managed multiple sales teams with responsibilities that included sales training and product knowledge. Not only did she train her own sales staff, but also played a key role on the sales floor and customer relations. In addition, Summer spent time as an executive recruiter and proved her keen awareness for individual and company compatibility, giving her the tools to train and develop professional individuals.
