Equip Managers to Boost Team Performance

What's the ROI

If we don’t make leadership development a priority, we will pay the price

Leadership development generates 800% return on investment and boosts profitability by 22% per the American Society for Training and Development.

Organizations with strong management development programs report 56% higher employee productivity according to Dale Carnegie. Companies that invest in manager training see 50% greater retention than those who don't, per Achievers Workforce Institute.

On average, managers account for 70% of variance in employee engagement scores according to Gallup. Developed managers drive engagement.

Organizations with poor management practices suffer from 25-50% higher turnover rates according to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Turnover is very costly.

SHRM estimates it costs about 6–9 months' salary to replace a manager making $40,000–$80,000/year. That's $20k-$60k in recruiting and training costs per manager that leaves.

The cost of disengaged employees due to poor management is estimated at 34% of their annual salary according to Engage IQ.

Gallup estimates that managers account for at least 70% of the variance in employee engagement scores. High engagement correlates to higher productivity and profitability.

Companies with highly engaged employees see 21% higher profitability according to Gallup. Good managers drive engagement.

Our program develops the skilled, empowering managers that drive engagement and retention. Gallup estimates managers impact 70% of engagement variation - hiring and turnover costs add up.

Master the skills to engage, motivate,

and develop high-performing teams

Managers have the power to shape team culture and performance. But without proper training, many struggle to lead effectively.

Management skills are not inherent or natural for many people in that position. This is exactly why this Management Hybrid Training Program was built. While most people who are promoted to management positions are great at their jobs, they are not skilled in essential management capabilities.

This management program represents far

more than a training event or box to check.

It symbolizes a commitment to igniting the latent human potential within every manager we serve. Potential not only for greater productivity and results, but for meaningful growth, purposeful contribution, and lifelong flourishing.

Through this work, we endeavor to equip managers to lead with vision and heart to see and nurture the sparks that reside in every team member. When leaders uplift those around them, they transform individual lives and propel the entire organization to new heights. That rippling impact excites and inspires us. We cannot quantify the value of an employee who feels engaged, empowered, and alive with possibility. Nor can we measure the future innovations, customer bonds, and community impacts they will go on to generate. We simply facilitate the first spark, then step back humbly as it kindles a flame within your people and culture. The journey begins here.

FAQs

Q: What are the benefits of the cohort model? I prefer one-on-one development.

A: The cohort provides immense added value beyond just the expert-led training.

By its definition, a cohort is a group of people engaged in a shared set of experiences together with a common goal.

You gain a supportive peer network for idea sharing, accountability, and long-term connections to elevate you as a leader. Learning alongside peers from diverse backgrounds and industries accelerates your growth through fresh perspectives.

You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit small group which builds motivation, keeps you focused, and enhances learning retention. Your peers provide real-time feedback and coaching that siloed training lacks.

The connections you make allow you to tap into an intimate community of rising management stars even after the program ends. The cohort model ultimately drives results by surrounding you with a team of leaders who hold you accountable.

Q: I don't want to take too much time away from work. Is the schedule flexible?

A: The program is designed to minimize time away from work. The self-paced online modules fit your schedule. You will have the live training and accountability pod meeting dates/times on your calendar from the very beginning so that you can plan accordingly. Coaching times can be adjusted as needed. You have support in applying learning directly on the job. The time you invest in yourself will help you leverage your workflow and schedule at work.

Q: What if I can't attend a live session due to schedule conflicts?

A: No problem! All virtual training sessions are recorded, so you can watch / revisit them at your convenience during the week. We understand balancing your work obligations and will ensure you don't miss anything.

Q: How will the training be customized exactly to my development goals?

A: You will have the assessments for an accurate baseline. The coaching sessions, accountability pod discussions, real-scenario exercises, and live training will be tailored to your unique growth needs and areas of focus identified early on. The curriculum covers a breadth of management skills applicable to any leader.

Q: How does the accountability pod work?

A: You are placed with a like-minded peer group of 3-4 people. Your group will determine the cadence of your meetings with suggestions from ID360. ID360 will provide best-case suggestions; ultimately your cadence and the logistics of your group will be determined by your group.

Q: My budget is limited. Does it make sense to only send 1-2 people?

A: Absolutely. The cohort model provides your nominated employees access to development typically reserved for top executives, at a fraction of the investment. Attending as individuals, they’ll gain immense value. You may find the return on investment to be so great that you will want to include your whole team over time.

Q: How do I know this program is worth the investment?

A: This cohort delivers immense value that exceeds the investment. First, the expert-led training comes from top faculty versed in management development. The live virtual sessions take key lessons deeper through group discussions. Second, the cohort model provides an intimate peer network for accountability, idea sharing, and long-term connections to elevate you as a leader. Finally, monthly small group coaching sessions with an executive coach provide personalized guidance for applying your learning. When you consider the tailored training, accountability cohort model, and monthly coaching, the price reflects incredible ROI for your career and leadership capabilities.

Q: How will I immediately apply what I learn?

A: Each module provides tools and templates to apply lessons right away. You will also have a robust workbook filled with individual and group exercises to integrate these skills into daily habits. Your coach also works directly on real situations and challenges.
