Within this changed landscape, Christian, as a Neuro Change Solutions Consultant and a certified HeartMath trainer is assisting individuals take charge of their life by learning self-regulating tools and improving their emotional well-being. This program helps people develop their intuitive intelligence and understand the power of the human heart and its effect on brain function. It awaken the best version of themselves, teaches how to break old habits that no longer serve them and bring about true, lasting change in their life.
Armed with an MBA in leadership & finance, and 30 years of experience in the hospitality/retail industry both nationally and internationally, Christian’s expertise is focused on developing engagement and collaboration within teams who are then ready to step into the new future of a transformed organization.
Christian initially gained experience with the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal and Club Med in the Caribbean. Moving to New York in 1992, he ran operations at prestigious hotels such as the Millennium Hotel and The Waldorf-Astoria. Christian also held the Director of Operations position at landmark New York City restaurants, Sign of the Dove and Restaurant Da
niel, the latter of which received during Christian’s tenure, the rating of Top Restaurant in the USA by Gourmet Magazine, and 9th in the world by the Herald Tribune. In 2003, Christian became the Chief Operating Officer for MARC, a London-based restaurant company operating high-end, Michelin starred properties in the UK and the US. In 2010, Christian joined Stephen Starr’s organization as Director of Operations and was responsible for the company’s full-service restaurants in Philadelphia totaling upwards of $80 Million in annual revenue with concepts ranging from high-end Steakhouses Barclay Prime and Butcher & Singer, to French Brasserie Parc, English Pub The Dandelion, Nuevo Latino concept Alma de Cuba, modern Asian Buddakan and contemporary Japanese Morimoto. From 2013 through the end of 2015, Christian was Vice-President of operations for The Standard Hotels in the New York, Miami and Los Angeles
markets which generated over $150 Million in annual revenue.
From 2016 through the first quarter of 2020 Christian was Chief Operating Officer and partner at Retail Worx, a retail company which owned and operated concepts in the US within Food & Beverage, Wellness and Fitness. The concepts included, Bluestone Lane Coffee, Taco Dumbo, Bridges General, BIA Fit and Randolph Beer. In late 2020, Christian moved to Poughkeepsie and while continuing his work in wellness, has been instrumental in the successful development of The Academy Food Hall and the Ready Coffee operations

Kim is a dynamic facilitator, emcee, and coach focused on leadership, communication, and culture. Kim is passionate about teaching immediately implementable skills and tools backed by the most recent neuroscience.
Kim’s the author of three leadership and development books and is currently working on another book focusing on creating exceptional cultures.
Kim’s professional goal is to be a conduit of growth and learning so that each person can achieve their personal and professional potential.
