About Rechel Tinapay

Rechel Ann Tinapay is a graduate of the University of Mindanao in the Philippines, one of the region’s largest private universities known for its strong programs in business and accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting and maintained both University and Government Scholarship throughout her college years.

Before joining ID360, Rechel built experience across accounting, customer service, recruitment support, and business administration, with exposure to financial reporting and tax compliance through her internship with IGACPA. She also supported ASG in recruitment, administrative, and operations work, with involvement in interview coordination and end-to-end process support.

At ID360, Rechel works behind the scenes supporting operations and project coordination for leadership development programs and client engagements. With strong attention to detail, she helps maintain systems, manage coordination details, and keep processes organized to ensure smooth execution across initiatives.
