About Jim Pierce

James E. Pierce (“Jim”) has a passion for leadership and has been teaching, coaching and mentoring managers at all levels (“C” level to supervisor) how to maximize their leadership potential throughout his long and diverse career. Jim’s widely-acknowledged ability to coach teams and individuals to success, using metrics to drive and motivate performance, while dramatically reducing turnover – drives financial performance.

Beyond accelerating management, performance, and leadership capabilities of his team

members; Jim has spent his career leading key corporate initiatives, with a track record of turning around significantly troubled departments and projects. He brings extensive international and domestic experience in a wide range of enterprise disciplines, including information technology, accounting, banking, procurement, legal and compliance, risk management, vendor management, contract management, facilities, real estate, wellness, and corporate travel for a public Fortune 500 company.

Jim has had the honor of coaching individuals in the financial, fashion, pharmaceutical, information technology, medical, fitness, e-com, and third-party logistics industries.

Jim is certified to administer and interpret multiple psychometric assessments including Myers-Briggs (MBTI), California Psychological Inventory (CPI260), Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO-B), and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI).

A dedicated advocate for persons with disabilities, Jim currently serves on the Board for the Dallas Mayor’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities (d/b/a employAbility). Jim has also worked in collaboration with other non-profits, including MyPossibilities, North Texas Radio and Taping for the Blind, Communities in Schools, and has served as a chairperson for the Richardson Symphony Orchestra.

Jim holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and lives in Dallas, TX.
