About Sharon Friedberg

Sharon Friedberg is a distinguished commercial real estate executive with over two decades of experience, known for her outstanding leadership in retail real estate and tenant representation. As Executive Vice President at Fischer, she has consistently been recognized as a top producer and has received D CEO magazine's Power Broker designation annually since 2014.

With a career beginning at Fischer in 1999, Sharon's journey in commercial real estate has been marked by significant achievements and innovative leadership. After gaining valuable insights representing both tenants and landlords during her time away from Fischer, she returned to spearhead and establish the company's retail division in 2017. Under her leadership, she built and developed a highly successful team that transformed Fischer's retail presence in the market.

Sharon's expertise and dedication to excellence have earned her numerous accolades within the industry. She is a two-time NTCAR Stemmons award finalist, the highest honor in the commercial real estate industry, which recognizes professionals who exemplify the highest standards through professional achievement, civic involvement, and an outstanding reputation. Her industry influence extends beyond her practice, as she is frequently sought after as a speaker and panelist for numerous organizations. Her leadership roles include serving on the NTCAR board, chairing multiple committees, and maintaining active involvement in CREW since 2003.

She has served as board president and annual fundraiser chairwoman for the Children's Cancer Fund, and continues to serve on their Advisory Board. She is currently a Board Member of Dallas Real Estate Ministries and has previously served on the boards of St. Mark's School of Texas and The Hockaday School.

Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Austin and a Master of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of North Texas. She obtained her broker's license in 2020, further enhancing her comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry.
